Terms of Service
Payment is done through a Paypal Invoice. Currency used should only be USD.
I may decline a commission on various reasons which will be disclosed to you upon refusal.
I will only start the commission once you paid half (50%) of the total price, or paid all of it upfront.
Once I have been paid, refunds will be unavailable.
Artwork can take up to 1 week due to circumstances, a.k.a. college. If unexpected situations occur, you will be informed ASAP and the artwork may be delayed.
I will update you periodically, but consistently on the Sketch, Lineart, and Coloring phases, and whenever necessary.
When I am still at the Sketching Phase, you may ask for corrections regarding errors or discrepancies, as will as the posing. I will only allow three attempts of correction, before I move on from the Sketching Phase.
If I am in the Lineart Phase, I will only allow minor corrections, and even then, it should not drastically change the entire artwork. Afterwards, no correction shall be made anymore.
You may use my Artwork for personal use, including but not limited to: being used as personal images, for banners, educational use, etc. If the artwork is shown or if requested to do so by anyone, you must give credit to me.
You may not use my artwork for commercial purposes. If you want otherwise, you will need to discuss with me to get permission along with extra payment depending on the commercial purpose.
Once I have been paid, then both parties have agreed to the Terms of Service.
I retain the right to refuse commissions.
